The board owed the Commanders one, and it paid up: Mello Dotson, the No. 135 name on the board, sitting there at No. 207 like a gift left on the doorstep. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

The Sanders reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped tight end, which is a strange place to end up. Wide receiver was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
