You could see the war room lean forward. Cam Skattebo at pick No. 212 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. A D that will need time and luck to look better.

They will need Howard to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and wide receiver is somehow still a want.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
