The Bengals torched the value chart for RJ Oben, taking him 73 spots sooner than anyone had him slotted.

Landing Dart that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. Leaving cornerback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They went 4 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.

Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

If Grey Zabel and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
