Draft Grade — Eagles
Overall B
ValueC+ NeedB TradesA+ FutureC
A masterclass at the trade table lands the Eagles a B.

Whoever sat across the table from the Eagles should ask for a receipt. They cleaned the room out, prying loose far more value than they gave up, and it was the quiet MVP of their weekend.

The Henderson reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. They punted on cornerback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.

The Ford pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.

Pick Analysis
Pick45 Rnd2 Jeremiah Trotter Jr.
Jeremiah Trotter Jr. in the 45th pick is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A minor need, but a need all the same.
Pick60 Rnd2 TreVeyon Henderson
A big swing on TreVeyon Henderson at pick No. 60, well ahead of any board in the building. It plugs a real leak on the depth chart.
Pick97 Rnd3 Adisa Isaac
No edge and no loss on Adisa Isaac in the Round 3 slot; it is a wash and a sensible one. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick156 Rnd5 Tre Harris
They jumped the gun on Tre Harris, taking him earlier than his grade liked. It answers the question that was keeping the coaches up at night.
Pick172 Rnd5 Gerald Mincey
Gerald Mincey slid further than he should have, and No. 172 is lovely value for the offensive lineman. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick178 Rnd6 Jaylan Ford
A quiet steal in the 178th overall pick: Jaylan Ford for less than the market said. Insurance at a position that did not really ask for it.
