The Bengals lost the trade war and it was not close, handing partners the better end again and again. Hard to defend, and the D- reflects that.

Mills has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. The tight end hole is the one line item this class does not answer. That is an offensive lineman worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
