The Bears let White III fall into their laps, and walked away with a B.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Bears watched Ricky White III slide 39 picks past his grade and did not hesitate. It does the job without flash, and the B reflects it.

Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Adams has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced.

A competent weekend that does not make headlines and does not need to.
