The Bears found their guy under center in Williams: A-.

They finally answered the question that shadows every other one. Caleb Williams is the Bears' quarterback, full stop. One of the weekend's best, top to bottom, and a A- to show for it.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Sturdivant.

The cost of the Powers-Johnson reach is exactly the players who went right after him. That interior defensive lineman hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Caleb Williams and all.
