The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. Adding Curtis Samuel by trade rounds out the weekend beyond the rookies.

It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game.

In the end it comes back to Marvin Harrison Jr., and a haul good enough to build on right away.
