Nobody else had Jordan Hall anywhere near No. 257. The Bears did, by 56 spots, and that gap is the whole story. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

The Thieneman pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged. Spending an early pick on safety with wide receiver open is the decision the grade keeps circling back to. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through wide receiver.

Not a headline-grabber, but a perfectly good weekend's work.
