The Seahawks bled value on every deal, hence the D.

Nobody else had Collin Oliver anywhere near the 223rd pick. The Seahawks did, by 100 spots, and that gap is the whole story. The math is unkind, and the D follows.

They lost the exchange badly enough to drag the whole class down. If this class has a fault line, it runs straight through quarterback. That is a cornerback worth more than the slot they spent on him, plainly.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
