Best value of the weekend goes to the Bengals for Hill: B.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bengals were there to profit. Tommi Hill, the No. 135 name on the board, should have been long gone before slot 195. They moved the roster forward and banked a B for it.

They punted on tight end, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. The Treylon Burks deal gives the class an established piece to lean on.

They gave back a little on the phones for the right to move. Cornerback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

A tidy weekend of work that should hold up just fine.
