A sensible, unshowy class lands the Bengals a B-.

The Bengals treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending No. 237 on Carson Steele a full 89 spots early. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

However the rest shakes out, Bullard at that price is a win they earned. For all the activity, linebacker went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Good work on the whole, with linebacker the one box left unchecked.
