The Bengals spent real capital to be 76 picks early on Carson Steele, and the board is going to hold them to it. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest. Getting Suamataia where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same.
