No fireworks, just a tidy B- for the Bengals.

The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Bengals reached some 59 spots for Hayden Hatten, and value like that does not grow back. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

The Bengals indulged a want in Smith while a need in interior defensive lineman and quarterback stayed open. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at. The Mitchell value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
