A respectable, level-headed haul for the 49ers: B.

There is reaching, and then there is Joey Slackman at pick No. 230. The 49ers jumped the board by 41 and dared it to prove them wrong. No fireworks, but a solid B.

On value alone, Taylor makes the weekend a net positive. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Offensive lineman is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it. The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
