The Cardinals worked the phones like thieves and earned a A-. If you want a masterclass in dealing, watch the Cardinals, who turned every swap into a profit this weekend.
For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. It is not that Arnold is a bad player; it is that the Cardinals had louder needs to answer first.
All has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. However the rest shakes out, Arnold at that price is a win they earned.
Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.
