The one hole that towered over the rest is filled. The Saints spent their marquee pick on Bo Nix, and for the first time in a while there is a real answer at quarterback. A dependable weekend that grades out a B+.

Every deal seemed to tilt their way, which is not luck. For all the activity, wide receiver went untouched, which is hard to explain.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Laumea.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.
