A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D.

The rest of the league had time to spare on Kimani Vidal; the Bills did not wait, grabbing him 63 spots ahead at the Round 6 slot.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Leaving quarterback unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall.

Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Newton. They left with linebacker solved and the rest of the wish list mostly ticked off.

In short, the board sent warnings, and they will be hoping it was wrong.
