A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D-. The Bills treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the 160th pick on Logan Lee a full 51 spots early. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D-.
The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. For all the activity, running back went untouched, which is hard to explain. Linebacker was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.
It is a steep hill from here, and the grade knows it.
