A sensible, unshowy class lands the Falcons a B.

You can fall in love with a player. You are not supposed to marry him in the wrong round. The Falcons did exactly that with Justin Eboigbe in the 119th overall pick. The bottom line is a respectable B.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. Small wins on the phones, but wins all the same. The roster is better shaped than it was, with offensive lineman chief among the fixes.

Good work on the whole, with interior defensive lineman the one box left unchecked.
