This is the pick they will still be bragging about in July: Zakhari Franklin, the No. 215 name on the board, stolen at Round 7, Pick 17.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped interior defensive lineman, which is a strange place to end up. They will need Eboigbe to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
