The Bills clearly saw something nobody else did in Ethan Downs, taking him 90 picks ahead of his grade. The board is not convinced. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.

However the rest shakes out, Gadsden II at that price is a win they earned. That linebacker hole did not close this weekend, and it was the biggest one on the wall.

Bottom line, more hits than misses and a roster nudged the right way.
