The Joe Milton III selection is the head-turner. The Bills reached 37 spots for him, and it will define how this weekend is remembered. It grades a D-, and the process earned it.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. Leaving running back unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Landing Nubin that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.
