A costly weekend of dealing drags the Bills to a D.

There is reaching, and then there is Sam Hartman at pick No. 232. The Bills jumped the board by 51 and dared it to prove them wrong. Hard to defend, and the D reflects that.

Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. A whole weekend of picks and running back is somehow still a want.

The Kinchens pick is the one they will point to when this weekend is judged.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
