Draft Grade — Vikings
Overall B
ValueB NeedA- TradesB- FutureB-
The Vikings answered their biggest question with Daniels. Grade: B.

The search is over. The Vikings handed the keys to Jayden Daniels, and the whole operation now runs on his development. Call it a sensible B, earned the boring way.

If one pick saves this weekend, it is Rosemy-Jacksaint. They will regret leaving tight end for another day if the season turns on it.

A workmanlike haul that should hold up just fine.

Pick Analysis
Pick11 Rnd1 Jayden Daniels
In pick 11 they get the arm they will build around. It fills the loudest need on the roster.
Pick42 Rnd2 Tyler Guyton
Tyler Guyton in slot 42 is exactly on the number, no argument either way. A must-fix position, and they treated it like one.
Pick108 Rnd4 Tykee Smith
Tykee Smith slid further than he should have, and pick No. 108 is lovely value for the safety. The biggest hole on the depth chart just got a whole lot smaller.
Pick129 Rnd4 Justin Eboigbe
Fair-plus on Justin Eboigbe, a quiet win that adds up over a draft. They walked in needing this and walked out with it.
Pick148 Rnd5 Nehemiah Pritchett
A reasonable price with a little left over, Nehemiah Pritchett in Round 5, Pick 12. Useful body for a position without much behind the starter.
Pick160 Rnd5 Edefuan Ulofoshio
Edefuan Ulofoshio at the Round 5 slot nudges the ledger their way without any fuss. It adds depth where they could use a little.
Pick168 Rnd5 Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint
Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint in No. 168 should not have been possible, and that is the whole point. One more legitimate question on the roster, answered.
Pick179 Rnd6 Jaylen Wright
Taking Jaylen Wright in the 179th pick is close to grand larceny; a running back that good had no business lasting this long. Another box on the needs board, quietly ticked.
Pick230 Rnd7 Myles Jones
Value with a capital V on Myles Jones in the 230th overall pick, a genuine coup. A want dressed up as a pick, at a spot they had covered.
