The Bears treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the Round 7 slot on Baylor Cupp a full 150 spots early. A F, plain and simple.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. Rosengarten falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch.

The bill for those future picks comes due whether the class hits or not.

In short, a weekend the front office will want to forget in a hurry.
