Priorities are a choice, and the Steelers made a strange one, taking Matt Goncalves at offensive lineman in pick 118 with quarterback, edge rusher and other spots crying out for the pick instead. Good, not great, and the B says as much.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Robinson falling to them is the kind of break a good board is built to catch. Jalen Pitre gives the group a proven body among the projects.

They will need Frazier to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
