Nothing loud, just a tidy B for the Chargers. The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Chargers reached some 131 spots for Barryn Sorrell, and value like that does not grow back. Solid and sensible more than spectacular: a B.
The Mullings value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere. They punted on interior defensive lineman, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
It is a bet on later, and a defensible one for a team playing the long game. Edge rusher is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
Add it up and it is a good, unfussy class.
