There is conviction, and then there is this. The Seahawks took Nazir Stackhouse a full 65 picks ahead of where the board had him, an overdraft steep enough that it colors the whole weekend. A dependable weekend that grades out a B.

Noel at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped edge rusher, which is a strange place to end up. Wide receiver is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but edge rusher.
