The 49ers kept it disciplined and banked a B-.

The one they had to fix is still broken. The 49ers left wide receiver untouched, and that omission hangs over an otherwise reasonable haul. Good, not great, and the B- says as much.

They will need Collins to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Landing Ersery that late papers over a lot of smaller sins.

They went 5 of 8 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for. Building through the lines is a philosophy, and they stuck to it.

Good work on the whole, with wide receiver the one box left unchecked.
