Give the war room a raise for the dealing alone. The Broncos came out ahead on every exchange that mattered, and it was not close.

Landing Wilson that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.

The Williams reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade.

Bottom line, they left the weekend a clearly better team, and they earned every bit of it.

Quietly one of the better values of the day, Kaleb Johnson at pick No. 51. A sensible fit for a spot that needed help.

Nothing to complain about; Mason Taylor went a shade earlier than his grade, which is fine. Better still, it is exactly the hole they had to fill.

A quiet steal in pick 108: Savion Williams for less than the market said. A real hole, addressed with a reasonable pick.
