It is the swing that defines the weekend: Hunter Nourzad in pick No. 237, a good 30 spots before the room expected him. The process wobbled, and the D- is where it lands.

The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. Bo Nix is the bet, and the class will be judged on how it pays off. They covered a lot of ground and still skipped linebacker, which is a strange place to end up.

Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, linebacker very much included.
