The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Browns watched Garrett Nussmeier slide 75 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it. Quarterback was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

Trading back for volume was the quiet throughline of their weekend.

Nothing here to lose sleep over, and plenty to feel decent about.
