Quarterback settled, Ward in the fold, and a B- for the Browns.

Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Browns were there to profit. Lander Barton, the No. 128 name on the board, should have been long gone before No. 215. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B-.

Burks has a lot of ground to make up just to look fairly priced. They have staked the next five years on Cam Ward, which is the only story that really matters here. They will regret leaving edge rusher for another day if the season turns on it.

In short, they left a little better than they arrived, which is the whole idea.
