Grand theft in the Round 7 slot: the Browns steal Brooks and grade out a A. Call it larceny. Tahj Brooks sat on the board until pick 229, and the Browns did not need to be asked twice.
They are betting Howard proves the room right and everyone else wrong. The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. A whole weekend of picks and edge rusher is somehow still a want.
The veteran additions, Devin Singletary chief among them, give the class a floor the rookies alone would not.
Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Mason Graham and all.
