Somewhere a general manager is explaining how Harold Perkins Jr. got past him. The Browns do not have to explain a thing at the 253rd overall pick. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A.

Reaching for Slackman left real value on the table behind him. The phones were where this weekend was really won. A whole weekend of picks and quarterback is somehow still a want.
