Somehow the biggest item on the list survived the weekend. The Browns never addressed quarterback, and it is the kind of gap that lingers. Add it all up and it grades out a clean A-.

The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own. Getting Allen where they did is the sort of value that quietly makes a class.

Stockpiling next year's capital is patient, if unglamorous, asset work.

A strong weekend's work, and a rare one to find this little fault with.
