When a board-topper like Cam Skattebo slides to the Round 6 slot, you do not overthink it, and the Browns did not.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. They will need Mills to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. The Browns indulged a want in Campbell while a need in quarterback and wide receiver stayed open.

In sum, a sturdy weekend with one asterisk, the quarterback spot they never got to.
