Larceny in the 244th pick lands the Browns a A-, Wells Jr. and all. You could see the war room lean forward. Antwane Wells Jr. at slot 244 is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. They executed a plan and it shows in the A-.
The dealing alone would carry a lesser class. They are betting Dart proves the room right and everyone else wrong.
Leaving edge rusher unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The imported veterans give this class a floor the draft picks could not on their own.
Add it up and few war rooms did better this weekend, Walter Nolen and all.
