The phones sank the Browns this weekend: D+. The CJ Dippre pick is the one that will follow the Browns into the fall. They took him 48 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so. A weekend that fought the value and lost, hence the D+.
The trades bled value they could not afford to lose. For all the activity, edge rusher went untouched, which is hard to explain.
The Hampton value carries more weight than any single miss elsewhere.
In the end, a class the front office will want to grow past quickly.
