The Buccaneers treated their own grade as gospel and everyone else's as noise, spending the Round 7 slot on Thor Griffith a full 91 spots early.

The phones were where this weekend was really won. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. The Paul Jr. pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at tight end, quarterback and other spots.

The Riley pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch.

All told, a solid class that does its job everywhere but tight end.
