The move everyone will second-guess came early. The Buccaneers reached some 94 spots for Richard Jibunor, and value like that does not grow back. More right than wrong, and a B- to match.

Pearsall at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The interior defensive lineman spot stays a question, and it was the one they most needed an answer at.

Solid rather than spectacular, and there is nothing wrong with that.
