The phones sank the Buccaneers this weekend: D+. The war room fell hard for Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, and it showed at No. 157: 107 picks ahead of a board that had other ideas.
The Fitzgerald pick alone nudges the whole weekend up a notch. Overpaying at the table undid a lot of the good work elsewhere. The Knight Jr. pick reads as want over need, and the roster will feel it at quarterback.
They punted on quarterback, and it is the miss that keeps the grade honest.
Add it up and it is a weekend the front office will hope everyone forgets, quarterback very much included.
