Every so often the board makes a mistake, and the Bills were there to profit. LeQuint Allen, the No. 138 name on the board, should have been long gone before the 208th overall pick. A dependable weekend that grades out a B-.

They will need Milroe to outplay his draft slot in a hurry to justify it. Leaving linebacker unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. Offensive lineman was the priority and it is no longer a question, which is most of the job.

The offense got the lion's share of the attention.

All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
