The Chiefs got the worse of every deal, and it shows in the C.

The Chiefs spent real capital to be 59 picks early on Jamaree Caldwell, and the board is going to hold them to it. The good and the questionable cancel out to a C.

Ransom at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster. The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close.

They covered a lot of ground and still skipped wide receiver, which is a strange place to end up.

If Tyler Warren and a couple of the gambles land, hindsight will be kinder than this grade.
