Grand theft in the 247th overall pick: the Browns steal Restrepo and grade out a B. You could see the war room lean forward. Xavier Restrepo at the 247th overall pick is the sort of fall that does not happen, except it just did. Nothing here to lose sleep over; call it a B.
The McCord reach is the anchor dragging on the value grade. Leaving tight end unaddressed is the roster risk they will have to answer for in the fall. They went 8 of 9 on their needs, which is most of what a draft is for.
