Schwesinger should have been long gone. The Cardinals pounced, and earned a B-.

The best pick of the weekend was also the simplest. The Cardinals watched Carson Schwesinger slide 58 picks past his grade and did not hesitate.

They are betting Hemingway proves the room right and everyone else wrong. They will regret leaving quarterback for another day if the season turns on it.

Job largely done: wide receiver settled and 5 of 8 of the wish list covered. The trenches got the money picks, top to bottom.

In sum, a sensible class that nudges the roster the right way.
