The Cardinals turned the phones into found money: B-. The Shaun Dolac pick is the one that will follow the Cardinals into the fall. They took him 189 spots ahead of his grade, and the board is not shy about saying so.
Whatever else happened, they won the night they took Emmanwori. The trade ledger is the best part of the whole weekend. They are betting the present roster is worth a lighter draft next spring.
Quarterback is handled and the depth chart looks a good deal healthier for it.
All told, a draft that does its job without fuss, and there is real value in that.
