The Chargers bled value on every deal, hence the D+.

The Chargers went off the board in a big way for Keilan Robinson, 122 picks early. Conviction is one thing; this is another.

The dealing is the wound this class cannot quite close. The Chargers indulged a want in Smith while a need in quarterback, tight end and other spots stayed open.

For all the activity, quarterback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Braswell at that cost is the sort of edge that compounds over a roster.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even.
