The Chargers bled value on every deal, hence the D.

The trade table was where it all came apart. The Chargers shipped out far more than they hauled back, and no amount of spin dresses up the bill. Too much went sideways, and the D is the honest tally.

For all the activity, cornerback went untouched, which is hard to explain. Landing Young that late papers over a lot of smaller sins. The Chargers clearly valued win-now help, adding bodies who have done it before.

The future picks help the war chest more than the win-now roster.

Bottom line, they will need several of these picks to beat their grades just to break even, and cornerback is still a hole.
